Returns and Refunds
At Elegamode, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns:

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process:

- Contact our customer service team at hello@elegamode.com/011-411-69996 to initiate the return process.

- Pack the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.

- Ship the item back to us using a reputable carrier of your choice.

- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions:

- Items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags intact; any products with signs of usage (example – make up stains, perfume) or with tags removed will not be eligible for exchange.
- All items on sale are ineligible for any exchanges/returns. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product during seasonal promotions.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
