Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Refunds

At Elegamode, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

 

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process:

 

    • Contact our customer service team at hello@elegamode.com/011-411-69996 to initiate the return process.

    • Pack the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.

    • Ship the item back to us using a reputable carrier of your choice.

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions:

 

    • Items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags intact; any products with signs of usage (example – make up stains, perfume) or with tags removed will not be eligible for exchange.
    • All items on sale are ineligible for any exchanges/returns. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product during seasonal promotions.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
